RGS Member Profile: Leslie Guidry

Joined RGS in 2018

I joined RGS shortly after relocating to the Rochester area from central Illinois. Before relocating, I had recently become interested in genealogy and researching my family history. I have found that RGS offers so many opportunities to learn and grow as a newer genealogist. The monthly programs at the general and special interest meetings have been so informative, and the Writer's Group has encouraged me to chronicle my family's stories. The members of RGS have been very welcoming to me and I am excited to continue my genealogical journey.
